"Shipping was fair"

My order arrived in great shape, with no ripped bag or crushed box, which I really appreciated. Everything was folded nicely and it felt like someone took the time to handle it properly. I did end up getting my refund, but i wish I’d known it was going to take as long as it did. The process worked out in the end, but the wait was longer than I expected and left me feeling a bit frustrated.

"Decent emails, not annoying"
I signed up for the siksilk emails and they’ve been fine. The offers and new stuff are easy to spot, and I don’t have to click through a million pages just to see what’s going on.

They also don’t bombard me constantly like some brands do, which is a relief. The discount emails are clear and actually worth opening. So yeah, all good so far.

"Comfy and holds up well"
I picked up a hoodie and a pair of joggers, and they both feel really nice and thick without being too heavy. I’ve washed them twice now and they still look basically new. Maybe a tiny bit of fluff here and there, but nothing I’d complain about. Overall, really happy with them

"Pretty decent for the price"
I ordered a hoodie and joggers from SikSilk and, to be fair, I’m actually happy with them. The fit is nice, the material feels decent, and it doesn’t have that cheap look some sets have. Delivery wasn’t exactly lightning fast, which was a bit annoying, but it turned up fine so whatever. For the money, it’s really not bad at all. I’ve definitely paid more for worse quality before. Would probably order again, especially if there’s a sale on.

"Still Holding Up Really Well"
I bought a hoodie and a pair of joggers from siksilk.com a few months back, they’ve held up better than I expected. I’m picky with basics like this because I hate when clothes shrink, lose their shape, or start getting loose seams after a few washes. These still look good after loads of washes, and the material feels pretty much the same as when they arrived. No weird fit changes or anything so far. I’m happy with them and would definitely order again.

I paid by card and it went through on the first try, which was nice. Got the billing email pretty much right away too, and there weren’t any weird extra charges or surprises.
